Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and details regarding the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused gear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship to Headquarters
Send your package via a carrier with tracking capabilities to our Oceanside, California facility to ensure safe delivery and processing.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
