Where is BDS Tactical Gear manufactured?
All of our gear is proudly manufactured in the USA at our Oceanside, California facility, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality control.
What is the lead time for custom orders?
Since our products are often built to order, standard lead times range from 2 to 4 weeks. Shipping times may vary based on current demand and material availability.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand behind our gear with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your gear fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on standard items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unused condition with original tags. Custom-configured gear is generally non-returnable.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Absolutely. We are committed to supporting our service members and ship to all APO, FPO, and DPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail.
How should I clean my tactical gear?
We recommend hand washing with mild soap and air drying. Do not use bleach or machine wash/dry, as this can damage the integrity of the nylon fibers and specialized coatings.
