Patrol Tactical Vest Kangaroo Insert Upgrade

This pouch replaces the zippered insert within the kangaroo to utilize the pouch in a different way. Opening measurements  3.25-3.5-3.75. The insert measures 10.5 X 5 and has hook and loop on the top rim to attached into your kangaroo pouch.
